CRAIG ALLEN
Accomplished media and technology executive with over 30 years of leadership at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and artificial intelligence. He has delivered award-winning products & services that have generated revenues in excess of $1 billion & have been recognized by prestigious publications & events such as TIME, CES, and E3. As a founding team member and Senior Vice President at Disney Interactive, he oversaw iconic 1990s multimedia properties like Toy Story and Mickey Mania, before managing digital puppetry franchises for The Jim Henson Company. In 2002, Allen co-founded and served as CEO of Spark Unlimited, where he led the development of Call of Duty: Finest Hour, the landmark title that successfully brought the blockbuster franchise to home video game consoles. He later transitioned into advanced technology as Chief Creative Officer at Embodied, Inc., driving the character and conversational design for Moxie, an AI-powered social robot named one of Time magazine's Best Inventions. Today, he continues to shape the future of immersive entertainment as the CEO of interactive webcomics platform snackshop and as an Explorer in Residence at the Texas Immersive Institute. His mission as an industry leader has always been to create a more playful future for us all.

CABOT McMULLEN
Acclaimed American production designer with a career spanning over 40 years across television, feature films, commercials, tech and theater. Best known for his extensive collaboration with producers Bill Lawrence and Steven Spielberg, McMullen has shaped the visual identity of iconic Feature Film & Television franchises across all platforms. His decades long career spans thousands of television episodes and seventeen feature films while building high-profile creative relationships with some of Hollywood's most influential directors including Eva Longoria on her feature directorial debut Flamin Hot for Searchlight Films. His diverse career has garnered him three Primetime Emmy nominations and four Art Directors Guild Award nominations. He is a 2x founder of media tech start start-ups at the convergence of entertainment and generative technologies and an entrepreneur & Creative Director for all the major Entertainment Industry Studios.

MITCHELL KRIEGMAN
Award-winning television creator, director, and author best known for shaping 1990s youth culture by creating the groundbreaking Nickelodeon live-action sitcom Clarissa Explains It All. After starting his career in New York performance art and writing for Saturday Night Live, he served as an executive story editor for iconic animated hits like Rugrats and Doug. He later transitioned into puppetry and preschool television, winning multiple Daytime Emmy Awards and a Directors Guild of America Award for creating Disney's Bear in the Big Blue House and inventing the patented "Shadowmation" digital puppetry technique for The Book of Pooh. Beyond television, Kriegman co-wrote the feature film The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland, published contemporary novels with Macmillan, and has taught filmmaking and screenwriting at major universities globally. Over his multi-decade career, Kriegman has won three Daytime Emmy Awards, a Directors Guild of America Award, and an American Film Institute Fellowship.

SUSAN BOLLES
Accomplished, award-nominated Art Director and member of the Art Directors Guild leadership with decades of experience creating immersive visual worlds for television and film. Her extensive credits include serving as the Art Director for major network and streaming hits like The Cleaning Lady (Fox), The Unicorn (CBS), American Crime (ABC), and Marvel’s Runaways (Hulu), alongside films such as Red Right Hand (2024). Her design excellence has earned her prestigious Art Directors Guild Award Nominations for her work on Undateable and the Kids Choice Awards. In addition to her commercial production career, Bolles is a highly regarded fine artist and photographer whose multidisciplinary work, including her Arctic-inspired FROST series, has been exhibited through the Los Angeles Arts Association. She is highly active in entertainment labor leadership and industry advocacy. She serves as the Vice-Chair of the Art Directors Council for The Art Directors Guild. Her leadership extends to technological modernization within the guild, having served as the Chair of the ADG Website Redesign Committee.

FABIAN LACEY
Acclaimed concept illustrator and designer whose career began with a visual development role at Lucasfilm for the Star Wars franchise, shifting his path from a planned position at BMW's Advanced Concept studio. As a prominent member of the Art Directors Guild, he has shaped the visual landscapes of major blockbusters, contributing high-concept designs to massive franchises including the Marvel Cinematic Universe (The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther), Star Trek, Jurassic World, and The Fast Saga. Beyond Hollywood, Lacey spent over a decade teaching at the ArtCenter College of Design and later bridged the worlds of entertainment and automotive engineering as the Chief Creative Officer for Delta V, where he spearheaded the design of an ultra-futuristic, 2,400-horsepower aerospace-engineered hypercar.

BILL WARE
Technology professional and Head of IT for media production companies in Los Angeles. He builds custom software, servers, and networks to support ambitious creative visions and corporate infrastructure. With degrees in Biology and Computer Science he expanded his dual passions for technology and media into a career creating and managing transatlantic media networks to engineering a system of custom apps, servers, and websites for filmmakers.

VIJAY D. GUPTA
Tech entrepreneur, software executive, and offshore engineering specialist. Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)of Manage Captive Systems, an enterprise technology and recruiting firm headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. His leadership approach centers on a hybrid technical-business methodology. A transparent counterpoint to traditional outsourcing, giving international enterprises maximum administrative and architectural control over their distributed, remote tech teams.

DR. DIMITRI DE JONGHE

Acclaimed American screenwriter and television showrunner best known for creating the cultural phenomenon Heroes and the long-running crime drama Crossing Jordan. Over a career spanning more than four decades, Kring has established himself as a prominent storyteller specialized in ensemble dramas, supernatural mysteries, and high-concept science fiction. Long before the mainstream AI boom, Kring was a pioneer in using digital media, augmented reality (ARG), and gamified experiences to extend TV shows. LINDA SIMENSKY
Pioneering television executive and animation producer whose three-decade career has shaped the childhoods of generations through her leadership at Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, PBS KIDS, and Duolingo. Beginning at Nickelodeon, she helped launch the network’s original "Nicktoons" lineup by supervising foundational classics like Rugrats and Rocko's Modern Life. She then moved to Cartoon Network as Senior Vice President of Original Animation, where she championed auteur-driven hits including The Powerpuff Girls, Dexter's Laboratory, and Samurai Jack. ANDY SCHUON
Prominent media executive and entrepreneur whose four-decade career spans major leadership roles across radio, television, music, and digital platforms. Currently serving as the President of Entertainment Networks and Digital at Anthem Sports & Entertainment, Schuon first rose to prominence defining the 1990s alternative rock wave as the head of programming for Los Angeles station KROQ-FM. He earned his Ph.D. summa cum laude from Ulm University before joining the University of Southern California (USC), where he served as an Adjunct Research Assistant Professor and Associate Director at the Institute for Creative Technologies, leading pioneering research into using AI to detect psychological conditions like depression and PTSD.
