What exactly is a snacktoon?
A snacktoon is our format for mobile-native storytelling: a parallax webcomic engineered for vertical scroll, with cinematic light, layered art, sound, and motion. Every snacktoon is built so its assets can be re-cut into short-format animated episodes for social - turning one scroll into a feed-friendly franchise.
How long does production take?
It depends on scope, but our STARFALL case study turned a novel into three vertical-scroll episodes plus a social trailer in under three weeks. Most original Snacktoon pilots ship in 4-6 weeks. Full seasons in 10-14 weeks.
Do we own the IP we make with snackshop?
Yes. By default the creator or partner owns the IP they bring or build with us. Our standard agreements grant Snackshop a production credit and a back-end participation. Co-development structures are available on request, especially for franchise-scale slates.
How do you use AI - and how do you protect human craft?
We believe AI works best as a creative accelerator, not a creative replacement. snackshop keeps creators at the center of the process while using AI-native tools to speed up development, visualization, production, and publishing. Our workflows emphasize authorship, provenance, creative control, and creator ownership, helping creators build intellectual property with confidence.
Can you work in multiple languages?
Yes. snackshop is built for global storytelling. We support multilingual development, localization, translation, and publishing workflows that help stories reach audiences across languages, cultures, and platforms while maintaining consistency of voice, character, and brand identity.
What kind of partners do you work with?
We work with creators, authors, publishers, studios, production companies, brands, agencies, rights holders, and investors. Whether you're launching a new property, adapting existing IP, or validating concepts before larger investment, snackshop provides the tools, services, and audience insights to help stories grow.
How do we start a project together?
Every project begins with a conversation. We'll learn about your goals, evaluate your content or intellectual property, and recommend the best path forward—whether that's story development, adaptation, audience validation, franchise planning, or full production services. Let's create, publish, validate, and scale together.
